Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital service - no physical shipping

GrantSetu is a fully digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, courier services, or postal deliveries involved in any of our plans.

2. Instant delivery of access

Upon successful payment confirmation from PayU, your account is upgraded to the relevant Pro tier instantly (typically within seconds). All subscription benefits become available immediately on your dashboard.

3. Newsletter delivery

The free GrantSetu Weekly newsletter is delivered by email every Monday at 7:00 AM IST once you confirm your subscription. Confirmation emails are sent immediately upon sign-up via our email provider, Buttondown.

4. If access is not granted

In the rare case that your Pro access is not enabled within 24 hours of a successful payment, please email [email protected] with your PayU payment ID. We will resolve it within 1 working day, or issue a refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Geographic availability

GrantSetu is intended primarily for researchers based in India. The platform is accessible globally over the public internet; we do not restrict access by country.
