Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every subscriber to feel good about their purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GrantSetu Pro plans.
1. What you are buying
A GrantSetu Pro subscription is a 1-year digital subscription. There are no physical goods. Access is enabled instantly upon successful payment.
2. 7-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. Renewals follow the same 7-day window from the renewal date.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
- Include your PayU payment ID (visible in your receipt email).
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period; no further charges will be made.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds requested after the 7-day window are considered case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions are ineligible for a refund.
6. Free tier
The free Core tier has no charges and therefore no refund considerations. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
